Nia Long Walks Out of Miss Black Britain 2009

This is just footage of one of the rounds from last weekends Miss Black Britain 2009 Finals. The short story (as reported by Mad Newz Blog via publicist Jessica Huie) is that the organization was a shambles, the start was delayed 90minutes, Nia Long’s planned co-host got butterflies and pulled out and Ms Long basically had to walk out to her 11pm appointment.

Props to rap artist Luc Skyz who was also in the building and quoted by Overground Online as saying “Typical. My ex was in the last one and I remember her saying it was a joke. It’s not a good look“.

Am sure MBB will recover from the bad press and come back better in 2010.
